TierAlba and TradesAlba are brands of Tier Alba.
02What we provide
Tier Alba develops and sells trading software and the tools around it:
- Tier Pass: Tier Aurora, our Expert Advisor, set up to trade a prop firm challenge inside the rules of the program.
- Tier Manage: Tier Aurora set up to trade a funded account until it reaches the target the client chooses.
- TradesAlba: a subscription workspace with trading signals, AutoTrade, a trading journal and analytics.
The software runs on the client’s own trading platform (MetaTrader 5 or cTrader) and on the client’s own account. We do not hold client funds, we never ask for the password that allows trading on an account, and nobody at Tier Alba places trades by hand on a client’s account. To show an account in the dashboard we use the read-only investor password.
Signals, research, analysis and every other content we publish are information and education. They are not investment advice.
Risk warning. Trading financial markets carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for everyone. You can lose some or all of the money you trade with, so do not trade money you cannot afford to lose. Past results, backtests included, do not guarantee future results.
03Intellectual property
The website, the dashboard, the Expert Advisors, the signals, the research and every text, graphic, logo and trademark on them belong to Tier Alba or are used under licence, and are protected by intellectual property law.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, resell or reverse-engineer them without our written permission. Software licences are personal and follow the Terms of Service.
04Personal data
We process personal data, such as your name, email address, phone number and how you use the dashboard, to provide the services, to answer your requests and to keep your account secure. We use it for marketing only where the law allows it, and you can opt out at any time.
Card payments are handled by Stripe and crypto payments by NOWPayments: Tier Alba never receives your full card number.
Your data is processed under the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 and Italian data protection law. What we collect, why, on which legal basis, for how long and with which providers is explained in the Privacy Policy.
05Cookies
The website uses cookies and similar technologies to work, to measure how it is used and, where you allow it, for advertising. You can change your choices at any time from Cookie preferences in the footer of the home page, or in your browser settings.

06Limits of our liability
To the extent permitted by law, Tier Alba is not liable for losses that arise from using the website, the software, the signals or the services, including:
- trading losses of any kind;
- lost profits, revenue or expected savings;
- loss of data;
- interruptions caused by brokers, prop firms, trading platforms, internet providers or other third parties.
Nothing in this notice excludes or limits a liability that the law does not allow to exclude, such as liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or any right you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

The website links to websites we do not control, such as prop firms, brokers and review platforms. We are not responsible for their content, their availability or the way they treat your data. Read their terms and policies before you use them.
08Applicable law and courts
This notice and the use of the website are governed by Italian law.
If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of the protection given by the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and where consumer law allows it you can bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence. In every other case, the competent courts of Italy have jurisdiction.
09Your rights over your data
Under the GDPR you can at any time:
- Access: know whether we process your data and receive a copy of it.
- Rectification: have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected.
- Erasure: have your data deleted, where the law allows it.
- Restriction: limit how we use your data.
- Portability: receive your data in a structured, commonly used format.
- Objection: object to processing, including direct marketing.
- Withdrawal of consent: withdraw a consent you gave, without affecting what was done before.
- Complaint: lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, or with the authority of your country.

Tier Alba is not an investment firm, a broker, a dealer or a financial advisor, and is not authorised to provide investment services. Nothing on the website or in the services is a personal recommendation to buy or sell a financial instrument.
Every trading decision, including the decision to run an Expert Advisor on an account, is yours. If you need advice for your situation, ask an independent professional.
