This Refund & Challenge-Guarantee Policy ("Policy") applies to all Tier Alba products and services, including Tier Pass, Tier Manage and TradesAlba.
Tier Pass: If the challenge fails because of the Expert Advisor, you get a full cash refund within 30 days of purchase. After day 30, you get a 100% credit towards a second Tier Pass instead.
Tier Manage: No cash refunds. If the profit target is not reached and the Expert Advisor ran as installed, we configure and run it again on your next funded account at no cost.
TradesAlba: 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase, no reason required.
Every guarantee on this page rests on one condition: the Expert Advisor must have run as we installed it. The specific cases that void it are listed in section 3.2, and they are all variations of the same thing: the strategy was changed or interfered with, so its result is no longer ours to answer for.
Payments are non-refundable except in the circumstances expressly described in this Policy. Where a refund does apply, it covers the Tier Alba service fee only: challenge fees, prop firm subscriptions and any other third-party costs are not included, because we do not receive them.
Cash refund requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.
If the challenge is still running at day 30, or fails after it, the cash window has closed but you are not left with nothing: Tier Alba issues a 100% credit towards a second Tier Pass, valid on any account size, so the next attempt costs you nothing on our side. The credit is issued on request and does not expire.
The Expert Advisor runs on your own MetaTrader platform, so you install it yourself: your account stays yours and we never ask for your trading credentials. What Tier Alba delivers is everything you need to do it:
If Tier Alba does not deliver the licence and the files within 14 calendar days of payment, or does not provide the setup session you requested within that period, you receive a 100% cash refund, regardless of the 30-day window in section 1.2.
Delivery is complete once the licence key and files are available in your Dashboard. From that point the guarantees in section 1 apply, and section 3.2 defines what voids them.
On average, challenges are passed within 30 to 45 trading days. Adverse market conditions may extend this period. The Expert Advisor is designed to trade safely and consistently rather than rush to hit targets: pushing for a faster pass means taking more risk, and more risk means more failed challenges.
Every guarantee in this Policy is void if the Expert Advisor did not run as installed. Specifically, if you:
One more condition sits with you rather than with the software: the prop firm you choose must allow Expert Advisors. We publish the list of firms we support and we check the rules with you before setup, but the account is opened in your name and the choice of firm is yours. A challenge bought where automated trading is prohibited is not covered by this Policy.
These are not formalities. Each of them changes what the strategy does, and a result produced by a modified strategy is not a result we can stand behind. Trade history and Expert Advisor logs are enough to establish what happened, and we check them before deciding on any claim.
Tier Manage is a single payment for a single profit target on a single funded account. It is not a subscription and there is nothing to cancel.
Tier Manage payments are non-refundable in cash. The service begins the moment the Expert Advisor is configured on your funded account, and the work is done whether or not the market cooperates in a given month.
If the profit target is not reached within the stated window and the Expert Advisor ran as installed, Tier Alba will configure and run the service again on your next funded account at no cost. The stated windows are:
These windows are drawn from 2022-2026 backtests on real tick data, at the point where three out of four simulated accounts had reached the target. They describe how the system behaved in that period and are not a forecast.
The re-run does not apply if the account was closed, suspended or breached for a reason unrelated to the Expert Advisor's trading, if the prop firm changed its rules or denied a payout, or if any of the conditions in section 3.2 occurred.
A refund is only possible if verifiable evidence demonstrates that a loss was caused directly by the bot's strategy while all Tier Alba instructions were correctly followed.
Tier Alba reserves the right to request full access to your account history and statements to verify compliance with all requirements.
Accepted Payment Methods: Credit/debit card payments, Klarna, and cryptocurrency (USDT or BTC, available for Tier Pass and Tier Manage only).
Refund Channel: Approved refunds are credited only to the original payment method used for purchase.
Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after approval.
Exceptions: In the rare event of a verified technical error on our end (e.g., payment received but service never activated, duplicate charge), TierAlba may, at its sole discretion, issue a refund or service credit. Such exceptions require:
Any approved crypto refund will be processed manually in USDT (TRC-20) to a wallet address provided by the client, within 10 business days.

Tier Alba will acknowledge receipt of your refund request within 3 calendar days.
If you are past the 30-day cash window, write to the same address and ask for the Tier Pass credit instead: include the order ID and the account number, and we issue it on the same terms.
